HSA Additional Services:
If you are staying in Dorm Housing, please bear in mind that while the rooms are quaint and historic, they also have relatively modest conveniences. Harvard Student Agencies provides Reunion guests with additional services, which you may arrange directly with them at http://reunions.hsa.net or by calling 617-496-3412.
CHILDCARE AT REUNION
The HAA is partnering with World Sports Camp to provide a reunion childcare camp for children two years and older for the 10th, 15th, and 20th Reunion families on the evenings of Thursday, May 30, Friday, May 31, and Saturday, June 1. Children will be grouped depending upon age. The activities offered will be age appropriate and designed to enhance your child’s experience with us. While kids are welcome at daytime family-friendly events, the Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening events are for adults. We discourage alumni from bringing their children, and offer the Kids Camp in the evenings. If you have children younger than two years of age and require a babysitting service while on campus, we recommend contacting Parents in a Pinch, (617) 739-KIDS.
DISABILITIES AND CERTAIN MEDICAL CONCERNS
To help make reunion attendance possible for those with disabilities or certain medical conditions, accommodations and services can be provided to those who make requests by 5:00 pm, May 1, 2013. College Alumni Programs, in collaboration with University Disability Services, will make every effort to effectively accommodate the needs of alumni. If you may need assistance because of a disability or medical condition, please contact the College Alumni Programs Office at 617-496-7001 or find a request form on the class website. Additional accessibility-related information resources can be found at www.accessibility.harvard.edu.
