PARKING
HBS /Soldier’s Field Park Garage and 52 Oxford Street Garage
If you plan to drive to campus, please park at the HBS Parking Lot between North Harvard Street and Western Avenue in Allston. Attached to this email is a parking pass. Please print it and put it on your dash for Reunion Weekend. The pass will allow you to park, free of charge, for the duration of your stay in Cambridge, but will expire after Sunday, May 27. There will be shuttles looping between the parking lot and the Square—feel free to hop on and identify yourself as a Reunion attendee. Alternatively, the 52 Oxford Street Garage will be available to reunion attendees making day trips to and from Harvard Square. Please use this same parking pass and let the attendant know you are a Reunion attendee.

REUNION HOUSING
In the River Houses and undergraduate dorms
If you have registered for Reunion Housing, you will be placed in one of the River Houses or undergraduate dorms with fellow Reunion attendees. In your dorm room you will find clean sheets, a pillow, towels, and soap. You will be given a Reunion Blanket souvenir upon checking-in at the MAC. We hope you enjoy your stay on campus!

The Friday night, Saturday Field Day, Saturday Soiree, and the Farewell Brunch will be ticketed events. In your registration materials that you will pick up from the MAC upon arrival, you will have the appropriate tickets for the events that you pre-registered for.

What to wear
We have created some guidelines by event to be helpful, but do know that this dress code is not strict. Where what makes you feel good!
Friday evening event: Dressy casual
Field Day Clambake: Casual Attire
Saturday Soiree: Festive cocktail
Memorial Service and Farewell Brunch: Casual attire

Weather
The extended forecast is looking sunny, but very warm. However, since this is Cambridge and it is May, please be prepared for all types of weather. Don’t leave home without packing your rain gear and a sweater!

Walk-in Registrations will be accepted!
I will formally close online registration at the end of today, May 27. Please encourage your friends who have not yet registered to do so before then so we can prepare their registration packet and name badge prior to their arrival. However, in the case that someone decides to attend last minute, we will accept walk-in attendees as space permits. If you’ve registered for only some events and you would like to add to your order, please do so at the event registration—we will accept cash, check, and credit card at the Reunion Headquarters. Event pricing will not increase.

EVENING CHILDCARE KIDS’ CAMP
The Reunion Kids’ Camp for children two years and older will be available for families to take advantage of Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings of Reunion Weekend. The Kids’ Camp will be headquartered in the MAC Gymnasium and will begin each night at 6:00 pm, and end at 12:00 am on Thursday evening, and 1:00 am on Friday and Saturday evenings. Children will be grouped depending upon age and activities offered will be designed to enhance your child’s experience at reunion. While there will be plenty of snacks on hand, children should arrive at camp having already been fed dinner. While many families have pre-registered for the Kids’ Camp, walk-in campers will be accepted and can be signed up between 6:00 and 7:00 pm each evening.

If you have children younger than two years of age and require a babysitting service while on campus, we recommend contacting Parents in a Pinch, (617) 739-KIDS.
